Need help starting and sticking to it.

So I want to stop drinking and start working out again like I use to do. Before I started dating my current boyfriend I would go running every day, and do a few different work out apps. Now I’m working full time, and going to school at night, so I don’t really have the energy to want to do anything on my days off. I don’t eat bad but I off set that by drinking in my days off. I prefer healthy foods but I get lazy. I love fruits and veggies and I’d much rather have a salad before bed than a bowl of ice cream.

So what are some ticks and tips to stick to not drinking anymore and get back to a better routine. Especially with the holidays coming up, I really want to focus on my goal and not have a moment of weakness. My ultimate goal would be to lose 50lbs. I’m 192lbs right now.
