Long time lurker, finally after a bad 6 months I decided to do something positive for myself and after seeing lots of posts and comments about it "doesn't matter how fast you run only that you are running" I found my inspiration.
So I started with a few weeks of attempting to run then came back to this page and screached for beginning running and saw lots of comments about c24k.
It took me weeks to get past week 1 and i decided I didnt want to move on until i could complete it. Ive now been running 2 to 3 times a week over the past 5 weeks. Im halfway through "week 3" I feel amazing and I'm making better decisions because of it. My husband was so proud of me that he gave me a Fitbit.
I am determined to make this a life long commitment and not just a fad or trying to lose weight. I want to combat my pcos and to no longer feel imprisoned within my body
