About 6 years about I lost 50 lbs doing weight watchers. I’ve maintained since then. I’ve stayed in the 150s for the last 6 years. I haven’t reached my goal and need to start up again. I just have zero motivation. I was an avid runner and loved to workout. I worked out everyday, ate great, and was doing really well. However, I recently got a new job...I work 8-5 with about a 30 min commute. I sit all day at a computer. I have a 3 year old and by the time I get home, it’s time to make dinner, play, bath and bedtime. When that’s all said and done it’s 830 and the last thing that’s on my mind is working out. I could easily wake up earlier but it’s just trying to find the motivation that I’m struggling with. I haven’t run in months and I feel like sitting all day is completely wrecking havoc on my body. Any advice on how to get motivated back and how/when to fit it in?
