So im (18m) 5’7, 169 pounds and have been working out since august but have jet to see some progress. I bought a gym weight bench for my house where i can do arms, chest and legs and since then ive spent atleast 30 minutes a day in it then rest for a day. Ive bought the machine since mid august but i dont look diferent, i must admit i dont have the healthiest sleeping schedule but that cant be it. I do drink alot of water not because i have to but because i like it. I also like to walk around my garage every other day for 20-40mins. And i also haven’t changed my diet alot, i dont eat unhealthy but it could be better. What should i do?
