Looking for help putting together a schedule with my new work schedule (3rd shift)

Hello all, not sure if this is the correct to sub but I’m looking for help putting together a new meal/workout routine with my work schedule changing.

Currently I work a mid day shift (10am-9pm) and am changing to an overnight shift (9pm-7:30am) with one 19 hour day (12pm-7am) on Monday. For a little background I’ve recently dieting and getting back into the gym after a knee surgery and have gotten very used to this schedule within the past 6 months. My morning starts out with toast & protein shake (9am), work till 9pm with oatmeal in between whenever I manage to find time, gym (11pm) and eat when I get home around 1130pm.

Just looking for any advice from anybody that may have had a similar experience switching, I’m not sure if I should try eating and going to the gym before work or if I should continue my pattern of waking up eating and going right to work. Any and all advice/help is appreciated, thank you in advanced!!!
