How important is frame size when it comes to bodyweight? I am a 23 year old male, and I have 6.5 inch wrists, so I have a small frame. Is weighing 195 pounds/88 kilograms, at 5'11, with a 35.5 inch waist normal with my frame size, or would I be considered fat? Is it normal to look a lot bigger, if I have gained 40 pounds over two years? If I am fat, what is the best way to lose fat, and become healthier? Does eating foods like pasta cause your weight to be a lot higher than it is? Is protein more important than any other macronutrient, and does it matter when I eat my meals?
I appreciate all advice, and input. Thanks.
