I finally, finally found something that worked for me. No stupid fad diets, no just "eating less by eyeballing it", etc.
I've been doing CICO for the last 17 days and have lost 12 lbs! (266 down to 254).
I know it's not that much but I am absolutely thrilled to be able to actually see progress from eating roughly 1,500 calories a day (though I admittedly started at 1,800 and worked my way down to 1,500 a few days into it). It puts a smile on my face just thinking about stepping on the scale for the first time since I started the other day and seeing that 254... It makes it all feel possible. Here's to CICO, and hopefully I'll lose have lost enough soon to be able to see the difference!
