Young adult female with large stomach... why won't it go?

I'm a (relatively) young adult female who has a massive stomach. I've never had children either, so it's not that.

I've lost 70lbs from my starting weight and yet my stomach has only shrunk... about 3 inches? I'm just shocked that it hasn't gone down further. When I measure around the widest part of my stomach, the circumference is still a whopping 46.5 inches. I see photos of other women at my size and height (around 190lbs, 5'6) and none of them have as much stomach fat as I do. Pudge sure, of course. I mean, 190lbs is not thin (or even "normal") by any means, but no one at this weight /BMI seems to this massive puffy, flappy overhang that I have. And it's not loose skin either, it is definitely a giant roll filled with fat. I get everyone carries weight differently, but this just seems crazy- my shoulders are looking thinner and my collar bones are beginning to show but my stomach is still so freaking large.

I guess I was just wondering if anyone else was like this? Was there a point you hit where suddenly the stomach fat really started to rapidly disappear?

The only thing I could think of, is maybe I'm storing it this way because I'm naturally not curvy? Like I look "curvy" now because of all the fat on me, but when I was at a thin/healthy weight years ago, I actually had an "athletic" body shape- broader shoulders and a straight waist/hip ratio, like no curves. Maybe that's why all this weight is being stored in my stomach?

It's just been aggravating. I hate looking in the mirror and seeing the giant overhang still, and having my fat stomach push up my boobs when I sit, and feeling all that weight jiggle in my midsection all the time, and constantly having to "suck it in" 24/7...UGH. I know everyone wants to lose stomach fat, but the amount I have is insane compared to others with my stats it seems. Was anyone else this way? Should I expect it to disappear sometime soon as I keep losing?
