I’m 5’4, female, 125 pounds, and 25 years old. My goal is to get down to 115 pounds. I recently started my fitness journey on 10/27/18. I started counting my macros and going to the gym. I do cardio 3X/week (burn around 250-350 each time). I also lift weights 4X/week using the PHUL program. I haven’t lost any weight so far.
I started out eating 1319 calories and recently started eating 1200. My macros are 90 P, 105 C, 47 F.
Here is what I typically eat:
Breakfast: - 1/2 C non fat vanilla yogurt, 1/4 C granola, berries
Lunch: - 1/2 C chicken, 1/4 C white rice (with 1 TBS olive oil, 1 TSP Ghee, 1 TBS yogurt)
Dinner: - same as lunch
Snacks: (I don’t have all of these in one day) - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - chickpea chips with cheese slices - protein shake - dark chocolate - harvest snap chips - almonds
