Hey there peeps! Mid 20s lady. I'm in the process of beginning to lose weight after a few medical problems in a row that caused my weight to peak. My current plan is to do my research and do this slowly in a way that doesn't screw myself over. With that said, I'm wondering what you wish you knew at the start- those little bits of wisdom or tricks that may not be obviously apparent for a newcomer, but were very important to you.
Note: I'm not going to be doing keto or anything excessive. CICO, exercise, and gradual change is my current plan, and I don't intend to deviate from that for the sake of my health and sanity.
