I’ve recently gained 10 extra pounds on top of my already obese body (gosh dang it) and recently I’ve seen people that I haven’t seen in awhile and thought, wow they look great. But I think they are looking better to me because I’m looking worse. Anyone relate to this?
However, I’ve been counting calories, watching my portion sizes and paying attention to my body for a week and a half. And guess what, I’ve lost 4 pounds! I feel great about that. I’m nervous I won’t have motivation to keep it up. Trying to stay accountable and finally feel better about myself when I look in the mirror. It’s my turn to be the one that is looking thinner.
