I’m in college and share a house with 2 others, who tend to have not-so-good eating habits. And by not so good, I mean terrible. I want to begin meal prepping, but with a crazy schedule, 2 roommates, and a budget I’m stuck on where to start.
Some issues I have are:

Schedule: 3 times a week I’m up super early (4:30ish) and then I go back to sleep for a few hours. I then have class from 10am-3pm. While the other days I generally sleep in and have a looser schedule.

Roommates: both of my roommates are mostly unconcerned with their diet. Also, one of my roommates generally wants to cook dinner every night. I don’t want to offend her.

Budget: we usually plan our dinners and split our grocery bill by thirds.
Also, I have a habit of eating breakfast in the morning before I go back to sleep, then taking either an iced coffee or smoothie with me to class and not eating again until dinner.
