Hey guys, To start off I wanna say I am overweight. Not too big but I am overweight. I recently started my journey towards a healthier lifestyle and I do not intend on looking back. However, I work at McDonalds where the temptation is REAL. I am unable to get another job. It takes a LOT of courage to not indulge in a big juicy quarter pounder instead of a healthier grilled chicken sandwich. I am doing pretty good so far, but there are times where i really just want to indulge in all the calories due to the delicious smell and just looking at the food in general. Anything that could help me would be greatly appreciated. A few tips or maybe just motivation in general would be great.
