Over the last 7 years, I have been using anti-depressants. I gained over 15 kilograms during this time. I a 25 yo male, 172cm and I weigh 92 kilograms now. It's been a week now that I have stopped taking the meds and I hope this time, I can manage without them.

I know that over the next few weeks, I will get depressed and I will have cravings. It's either the anti-depressants or the cravings during a bad phase that is preventing me from losing weight. But with how I generally feel, it becomes really hard to get up and start exercising. I love cycling, and I get to ride around 10km each day - going to the university and back.

Every time I try making a schedule and exercising, someway or the other, I fail to stick to the plan. So, here I am, looking for suggestions on how I can shed a few kilograms with simple exercises that I can do, and how I can stick to it even when I'm going through a rough time.
