Hi all,
I've been on a successful diet for last couple of months, losing ~1kg/2.2lbs per week, having lost 17kg/37lbs so far.
Considering my current weight being 114kg/250lbs and my height 194cm/6.4ft, I need to maintain ~1850kcal input per day, on order to achieve weekly loss mentioned above. It works pretty well. I'm achieving results above by having a very stable daily routine.
I'm pretty opsessed with measuring my weight each day early in the morning and sometimes I notice that I'm stagnating for 2-3 days and then I get a sharp drop afterwards. I'm obviously loosing weight but the process is obscured for a couple of days. When that happens, I feel a bit bloated so I'm suspecting water retention or something along those lines.
Is this a dietary thing? I haven't been successful method to battle bloating yet.
Any advice or experience on the matter would be appreciated.
