I'm at a total loss. About 2 years ago I was thin with a great figure and no issues buying clothes or getting dressed. I got the Mirena and gained 18 lbs in less than a month with no change in diet or exercise at all. I removed it and immediately started dieting to get the weight off. I've started and stopped so many diets that I've put on another 7 lbs. I don't know what to do. I've never had to stick to a diet before. I was living alone so I think I ate less just because of that. Now I'm married and he has literally no standards for me. I could lay in bed and weigh 400 lbs and he'd be fine with it. It sounds sweet but I actually hate it. I don't know how to start and stick to it because by now I feel like I've messed up so many times there's no way to make it work. I was doing IF and I LOVED it but I feel too defeated to try again. How does one totally change their habits? I don't need diet advice, I need lifestyle advice. Thanks so much
