Unsure what I'm doing wrong

I started going gym for 2 months this Wednesday and I began dieting around the same time. I was not happy with the way I looked and felt so I decided it was time to make a change. I cut out basically all shit food, and I learned how much a calorie really meant and began counting. I got my TDEE, found my caloric deficit and all that good stuff, same shit everyone does. Only difference between me and most people is that I feel like I'm making no damn progress! When I started I was at around 104-6kg (Not too sure because my scale is a piece of shit, and it changes at the slightest move) and now I'm at around 101-2kg

I go gym 4 times a week and each day I go I weight train for an hour and do cardio for 20-30 mins. And despite me feeling relatively better since I began, every time I look in the mirror, the only way I can describe how I feel is disgust. I'm 6 ft and I'm definitely not weak, but regardless of that I absolutely hate the way I look. Almost everyone on this sub seems to be able to lose weight like its nothing like 10 pounds a month or something crazy but I'm here with a measley 6 (or so) pounds in 2 months...

Upvote, Downvote, do whatever you want. I just needed to vent a bit because keeping all this bottled up was really stressing me out.
