Throughout last year I lost weight using CICO and working out. Made it down to 133 on my 5"3 frame. I looked great and loved my body. I lost it quickly though as I started binging badly.
I binged throughout the loss but it wasn't often so i still made progress. Idk whats wrong with me now as its just worse. I feel like such a failure for gaining it back.
My pants are tight. I dont like how i look.
I'm still working out a lot but I have no food control. I meal prep, eat well for a few days and then I eat the whole candy aisle or 3 plates of dinner. I'm not cancelling out my food with anything now.
Has anyone successfully stopped binging? How.
I know CICO works. It was working. But I can't get back there right now.
