So my situation: I'm Really Really overweight, unemployed, and winter has just set down here in Canada. It's too cold to be walking for extended periods of time, and I can't afford a gym memberships outside of maybe a few one off trial memberships or coupons that I may stumble across.
I want to lose enough weight that I can actually go out and perform a physical job without huffing and puffing within 20 minutes of doing it, or having my feet and back ache from having to hold up all this extra weight.
So I need some exercises I can do from home. I have small hand weights up to 30 lbs, open space, stairs, and enough determination to get myself started.
