im 15, male, 189cm / 6ft3'', around 100 kg , my bmi is around 28.
i have no problem in PE, or moving around, but cant do gymnastics, theres something about me going upside down on a pole that i just cant do.
we have 2 PE lessons at school per week , i used to go swimming 2/3 times a week but stopped recently.
i was depressed the last school year and gained 10kg in a matter of days.
im trying to lose a lot of weight and am trying to eat healthily, morning i have breakfast and musli in school with hot tea, then i have lunch and try to eat the least i can in the evening. my weight fluctuates , sometimes im 96 sometime 100
please tell me if i am doing anything wrong. i want to fix my life but i cant get myself to do any physical activity, im finnishing grade school in the czech republic and trying to get to a college, to i come home tired. is this just puberty or is it my fault?
