I've been gaining a lot of weight only in my stomach for the past couple of years. I'm completely new to dieting and this kind of stuff so I'm not sure what would be the healthiest way to deal with this. My arms and legs are still skinny so I'm afraid of losing too much weight. I'm 6'3 and weigh 190 at the moment. I don't get much exercise, that's one thing that needs to change. I'm 23 and I've had a fast metabolism all my life but it seems to be catching up to me now. What would be the healthiest way to burn stomach fat and not lose too much weight anywhere else? I want to lose a significant amount but only in my stomach area if that's possible
