Hello, I started at a max weight of 245. I officially started my diet at 240 about 10 weeks ago. I'm currently at 216.4. My initial goal was to hit 210 by the end of the year, I'm now shooting for 202, accounting for the holidays. The only thing is that I don't feel like I look any thinner at 216 than I did at 245. Is this all in my mind? I look in the mirror and compare it to a "before" photo and see no difference. I have only had one person mention I look thinner and I've only told my mom and sister that I'm working on my weight. I was at my thinnest at 180 when I was 17 but I remember feeling fat even then and having a belly. I'm just worried I won't have any more confidence at 165 as I did at 245 and that's really what I'm going for. Just venting.
