So I’ve fallen off the wagon and badly. I used to exercise nightly and it’s sort of just stopped, replaced with food and sleep.
I don’t want to try a crash diet or start a p90x workout that I don’t think I’ll be able to stick to, so what are some good lifestyle choices to cut calories and help shed some pounds? I’ve cut out soda, trying to stick to water, though I admit to buying Coke Zero since I’m a huge caffeine addict. I know, it’s zero calorie but not necessarily healthy. I also really need to work on portion control, so any tips?
I’m 5’5”, 155lbs female, and I would really rather be at 125, so I have some pounds to shed.
Any suggestions or advice to kick my ass into gear would be super welcomed. I’m hoping that by losing some weight I’ll feel better physically and mentally, so this is big for me.
