I lost 40lbs from 374, it’s been 10 weeks so far. I’ve been counting calories and doing 30 mins cardio 4-5 times a week. I’m working on cutting down carbs, but my arm flab and stomach look like they haven’t changed at all. My clothes aren’t fitting better, no one has said anything. My face is fat as ever. When is the change coming? I see so many progress pics of people my size and their amazing transformations and yet here I am looking fat as ever. I’m feeling so damn discouraged and ugly. Do some people just not look different? I’m glad I’m dropping the pounds but maybe it’s because I’m still eating junk here n there and eating carbs is why I’m not changing on the outside? Please any suggestions or insight
