No sex drive/libido. 30/F

I just pretty much lost my libido in March. I started keto in Jan (and had done low carb on and off before that), and have lost a substantial amount of weight. Down from 190 to 140. Most days my deficit is around 20% but I haven't been tracking the last month or so. Is I have gone from wanting sex pretty much everyday to now barely even thinking about it.

I have MS and take tecfidera for it. My doc doesn't think that there's a correlation. I take ashwagandha, zinc (added these two to help with libido but with no luck), magnesium, and vitamin D everyday. No change.

What should I do? I've done low carb before but it didn't impact my libido at all. Most of my protein comes from chicken - is that a problem? I can switch to a mix of chicken and beef if needed.

Even when I exercise I don't quite feel the rush as I used to.

Looking for any suggestions people might have.
