I've been exercising pretty regularly for the past couple of months but still haven't seen a change in weight; likely because of my diet.
So, I'm taking November off from booze and will continue exercising to see what happens. I'll post an update on my stats once a week to keep myself accountable. Feel free to follow and/or join me.
