Hey everyone!, I’m new here on reddit and new here in loseit, i started my journey of loss weight this 01/01/2018, all my life I fluctuated to skinny to fat in a NOT healthy way of course, so this year i told myself that i have to STOP with this, i started searching options, went to the gym one month and i hated it, being in a close room with other people sharing the machines and rush myself to let other people to do their routines, so i quitted And started something that CHANGED my life, jumping rope, it is my first source of exercise since February and i love it, it has everything I ever wanted, space, freedom, fresh air and overall I have FUN, but sadly i got injured on the way, my knee was on really bad pain so i had to quit for something about 4 months, the diet?, i didn’t diet at all at first , just ate less than i was eating. On to October, i realized i was getting fat again and decided to change everything in my life , meals, diet, exercise ,I cold turkey sugar, flour and fries, so far so good.. Today i am proud of myself, what i accomplished so far, but i am not stopping here, I am depressive and my self-esteem is on the ground, but ever since I started my journey I feel less destructive with me, I hope this get to someone that is struggling right now or motivate someone, i would love to help someone a little bit.
