Hello everyone,
On behalf of my girlfriend I would like to talk a bit about her health story and how she could get started developing a healthier lifestyle. She is currently 16 years old, 166cm tall, and is taking iron medicine since she lacks it. She weighs 88 kilograms and when she tried to get help from a doctor for a diet they turned her down blaming it on her medicine (called obsidan), saying "it should get better, you don't need a diet". Regardless of that, her weight problem matters a lot to her and we believe that she could start a new diet that would help her lose some weight, as well as some basic exercises to get started.
