Hi kids,
Let's talk holidays today. With Thanksgiving approaching (I believe), and then Christmas and New Year, what are your strategies for surviving the upcoming holidays? It will be my first maintenance holidays*, so I don't really have any answers. I'm hoping you all can help with tips and tricks to survive the coming months without gaining weight!
When I was losing though, I didn't watch what I ate for the actual big day(s), paid attention on the days in-between, kept on exercising and tried to keep the mindless snacks and booze under control. That's mostly what I plan to do again.
