So as the title said I lost 15kg way too fast (100kg -> 85kg) and now i'm starting to get loose skin. I have no idea if there's anything I can do to kind of stop it a little bit. Im losing weight at a normal pace now but i'm still scared.. any advice? I'm 170cm tall, female, 23yrs.
I've been overweight since I was 17 years old and have no idea if this plays a part in getting loose skin. Most of it is starting to form around my stomach, i'm currently not exercising due to an injury on my left ankle. Before that I used to do more cardio exercises than muscular exercises.
My Vitamin intake is not great and the reason I lost 15kg (in 2 months) is because of depression I just barely ate any food. Im getting help for this next month but I really don't want to end up having to get surgery
If you have advice please let me know :)
