Whenever i see Articles about Healthy Food, one thing usually springs to my Mind: "I cant make this, i havent enough Money to buy all these Ingredients and more importantly, i have to be at work in 30 min, i cant spend them Cooking"
Apperantly my Calorie intake need is about 3150, i would realy appreciate if you could point me to food i can just buy in Shops, or ones that dont require lots of Time making, because most of the Time the pictures i see of healthy Food for losing weight looks like from some Cookbook, perfect and stylish, and i have to confess, its one of the major reasons i havent been serious about losing weight, its all the Work required making it.
I realy think i just need to remodel my Eating habits to overcome my Weight (115kg/181cm), i get exercise enough at work, 5-6 out of 8 Hours at Work im simply walking non stop from end to the other.
Please help me. :(
