Losing weight but no energy.

This week i start cutting carbs and start losing weight which i'm very happy about. I am 5ft1/154cm, 187lbs/85kgs. I've lost about 2lbs/1kg this week. My diet goal are:

  • 1200 calories a day

  • 25% carbs, 35% protein, 40% fat (75g, 105g, 53g)

Every meal i feel full, honestly. But it usually doesn't get me full long enough till the next meal. And when i get hungry, i feel like i have no energy, like "about to faint" feeling, but i know i'm far from fainting. Not sure of this is normal and it'll get better or am i doing something wrong?

Today i lost it. I screwed up my macros and cals calculation on my dinner. And rn im just glad i feel like i have my energy back. Tho, I'm just scared of gaining weight. Any tips or advice?
