It’s time to start. Help?

I guess I am just looking for some advice on how to get the ball rolling or even just some motivation after I give my spiel.

I’m a college student, 22, who lives on campus and has a meal plan because it’s free to me. That’s important because I don’t have much money at all to spend on food at a grocery store by any means. I started taking antidepressants in September of 2017 and have gained about 30-40 lbs in that time. I am 5’2 and now weigh about 200lbs and it’s kinda dragging me down. My clothes don’t fit, I was broken up with from a long term relationship because of this, so I’m ready to get going. I have access to beach body on demand work outs through a friend and I walk on a track for 30 minutes 2 days a week already for a “gym class”.

My goal is honestly to just lose what I’ve gained, and then possibly lose a little more after that. I need advice, help, accountability, anything.
