I've been slowly gaining weight again after naturally losing a bit while away on an exchange program, and am now sitting at 112kg. I'm 17 and about 194cm tall. Are there any easy at home workouts I can do? I can't do anything that requires a lot of movement as I live in an apartment and the people under me are sensitive to noise. I would also like to do these in the evening before I go to bed, as it would help get to sleep better, and probably make me happier in turn. I also need to start eating healthier, so any tips on how to cut off sugar and eating healthier without too elaborate meal plans would be greatly appreciated too.
