I'm 18. 180 cm. 72kg.
I'm not overweight by any means but I do have a layer of fat around my belly/waist/overall middle section that I would really like to lose. My legs are really thick as well and I don't really know what to do as information online is very conflicting and I already go to the gym twice per week for strength training, mainly lifting etc.
What do I do? Do I eat better? Do I fast? I just want a leaner figure while being able to put on some muscle.
If it helps: here's my diet - at lunch I usually eat a brown bread and chicken sandwich/sub, and for dinner a bowl of cereal. For breakfast I either skip it or a bowl of cereal again. Usually after workouts I have a protein shake.
