Hey, folks. I don't really know how else to put this, but I need to lose weight. I'm a teenage guy and more than 50 pounds over weight. Now, I'm generally cool with being a big guy, but I'm starting to realize the health detriments of my body mass and kinda think I should at least consider getting rid of a little bit of it. I don't wanna be ripped or lean or even skinny, I just don't wanna be so unhealthy. I'd also like to become a little more comfortable with my weight, cause i do occasionally get self conscious of my weight. So I just wanna know how I should start to try and "lose it". I'm a little overwhelmed with the task ahead of me, and was just wondering if I could get advice and tips on how to begin the process of losing weight. Thanks, Reddit.
