For a long period of time, I was convinced that staying hungry for a longer period of time (like fasting for a day, or skipping breakfasts) was considered unhealthy, mainly for a stomach. The root of that belief was my mother, who stated that from my earliest years, and so I was rather hesitant to being hungry for a longer period of time.
After I found intermittent fasting eating pattern, which I find kind of useful for my cause, I have decided to look for any scientific proofs, and found none. Do you have any pros and cons for the idea of fasting and being hungry, health-wise, not keeping-diet-wise?
