Hi, I’m a 15 year old (M). I weigh in at 187 pounds or 85 kg. I’m around 6’1 in height. I have been doing cycling as my main exercise. I’ve been doing it for around 2 months and I’ve lost 2 kg. I do around 10 - 15 km a day and it usually takes me an hour and a half due to the many turns and twists in my neighbourhood. I feel that I’m not doing enough. I want to lose weight at a faster rate. I haven’t really gotten around to checking my diet. What would you recommend? Please consider that I live in Pakistan and my family is kinda middle-class. I’ve been thinking of doing keto + salad diet. Again what would you recommend? Thank you.
