I’m sure this isn’t an uncommon complaint. I just feel like my life revolves around food and I’m always thinking about it. I’m not going to say that I’m always hungry, but I do always feel like I want to eat. I’m about twenty pounds from the middle of normal range for my height, so I’m not terribly overweight. I would like to lose those twenty pounds, and I feel like if things keep up like they are it will get worse. I have tried fiber supplements but haven’t felt any effects.
I do believe I binge eat sometimes. From time to time I eat too much and feel like hiding the evidence from my boyfriend. He’s not rude about it or anything, I’m just embarrassed.
I’m sure this isn’t too unique. Has anyone found a functioning solution?
