How to get over a plateau when you can’t cut calories anymore?

I have always struggled to lose weight. I’m 167cm and 70kg. In all of my post puberty life this has been my height and weight and I can gain easily but I have never managed to go more than two kg’s lower before.

Two years ago I had gained 20 kg, last year I lost it but for the past year (so last November to now) my weight has pretty much stayed the same. I admit that there have been times where I’ve eaten unhealthily but surely if I’ve overall been making healthy decisions, I should be a bit lighter?

My biggest concern is that for the past two weeks I’ve been restricting my calories a lot, and still have not seen ANY shift in my weight. I have literally been eating under 1000 calories a day (very protein and caffeine heavy so I’m full) but have not lost any weight.

This is obviously extremely frustrating for me, but it also worries me because as I struggled with an eating disorder for many years and not seeing the weight budge is driving me to restrict more and more. And I feel like there still won’t be a difference.

Any explanation as to why I’m not losing weight or how to get over this plateau?

FYI, my meals consist of lattes and ready made meals (the “healthy” options, still not the best for you but low in calories and I can’t cook).
