Now I'm 25, 178( 5'10")cm height and 65(143lb)+ kgs. According to tape measure method, I have around 16-17% body-fat.
After an unhealthy diet without exercise in the summer, I put some fat. I was about 68kgs and a total skinny fat. As I don't have access to gym for the last 2-3 months, I decided to do bodyweight only exercises and eating at maintenance so I will be able to lost that fat and keep my muscles( as I'm a kinda rookie, I could lose body fat while eating at maintenance and develop muscles at the same time)
But my plan didn't work quite well I guess. I lost 3(6-7 lb)kgs and I'm sure mostly from fat. I put some muscles too, I can see affects when working out. I have still belly-fat of course. Yet, losing that much wasn't my target. I guess I underestimated my exercises on counting.
Recently, my forehead arteries near to temple area are bulging when resting. I'm kinda stressed these days but I'm not sure only this can cause bulging. Is there anyone experienced that around these weights/bodyfat levels? Yes I'm under my ideal weight but I don't think just a few kilos can cause something like that.
