I'm a 22 year old female weighing around 200 lbs at 5'7. I used to be super thin but after a terrible breakup I let myself go and can't seem to find any motivation, I can barely get out of bed in the mornings. I used to just eat good and go for walks but that's not helping much now that I have a lot of weight to lose. My goal is to be around 150 by summer 2019. I need to get better but I'm struggling, I figure with the holidays almost over now would be a good time to start. I hate going outside so I would prefer exercises I can do indoors, I love cooking so suggestions for food would be nice (just no seafood please it gives me heartburn).
