So I’m on Day 8 of no soda (yay!), mostly had water, sparkling flavored water and hot chocolate w/almond milk (it’s getting cold here where I live). I feel ready to take on more food/ways of eating habits on.
Fast food’s gotta go- McDonald’s, BK, Chic Fil A, those types of places. Basically burgers/fries/nuggets have gotta go.
How did you handle cutting out fast food when you first started? I crave french fries at least 1-2x a week, what foods would you eat to help with french fry/salty cravings?
Drinking a gallon of water a day. I bought a 50oz SwigLife (highly recommend) traveler bottle about 2-3 months ago and I was good about drinking at least 80-90oz of water the first month but now it’s gone down to like 24-36oz. I’m going to stop having my weekly (1-3x a week) hot chocolate and stick to hot tea instead so I’m be getting water through my tea as well.
How have you gotten into the habit of getting your water intake in/up during the work week or busy weekends?
