How the hell do you start?!

I haven’t always been big and am not too big now (maybe I’m in denial). I’m currently 5’ 4” and weight 165 pounds (weight fluctuates between 160-165lbs). This is the heaviest I’ve ever been. The lowest I was, was about 130 pounds and I wanna get back to it! That was the weight I had in high school when I was 16. I used to ride my bike, do track, and play tennis. Since college started, I really let myself go... I’m 20 now and really wanna make a change.

P.S. I just finished off a a box of mozzarella sticks, a can of Reddi Wip, a nice cup of white hot chocolate, and some leftover Halloween candy. It’s just food seems like a drug right now and I don’t know how to get myself off it! I keep telling myself one more meal and then tomorrow I’ll start and then I say the same thing the next day. Ugh...

So how the hell do you start?!!!!!
