Help! My weight isn't changing.

Right, I've been calorie counting for 3(ish) months now. I started off eating 1800 calories a day but I was stuck at home with my new baby and wasn't active enough to drop much weight. I then changed the settings on my Fitbit and it changed my allowance to 1600. Most days I eat way less - around the 1300 mark. I've also been making sure I walk for at least an hour a day, sometimes more. I'm making SO much effort and it did pay off to begin with. I lost 14lbs and was absolutely ecstatic (and that was before I started walking loads too).

I've been doing 11,000 steps or so for about 2 weeks and eating 1300/1400 calories a day. My fitness Pal tells me I'm allowed way more than that after all my walking.

So why have I not lost any more weight??

I have a cheat meal on the weekend, which sometimes creeps over to the next day but my partner does the same thing and is consistently losing and assures me it's more than likely water weight.

I'd agree with him if it fluctuated a bit. Sometimes I go up a pound or two and I believe that to be water weight, but it always comes back to exactly a stone less than what I used to weigh and hasn't nudged for almost 2 weeks.

Someone please help! I'm so so desperate to lose the weight and I'm trying harder than I've ever tried before.
