Finally hit my goal! M/26/5'11" (295lbs - 185lbs)! Have some questions about my future plans.

So I'm finally down to my goal and I feel amazing. Done entirely through CICO. So now I've been starting to go to the gym, I'm planning on working out 4 days a week. I've bumped up my calories to around 1900-2000, although MFP recommends around 2300 for maintenance. So this is where I'm starting to have questions. Should I immediately jump straight to 2000-2300 calories after having been 1500 for almost 4 months? Will that mess with my body at all? And my other question is is it normal to feel extremely hungry after just starting working out? I've only had about 3 workouts so far, and I feel ravenous everyday. Even after eating around 2000 calories. Is this just initial hunger for the lifestyle change that will go away? Sorry for the formatting, I'm on mobile.
