I bought a suit this time last year and at the time it fit me perfectly, now I had the first occasion to wear it for a long time, and I lost 90% of my weight since the last time I wore it and when I put my pants on they just slid all the way back down... I could not freaking believe it. I also had to punch a new hole in my fancy belt.
Seeing my progress in this way is such a confidence boost and I find myself happier and more motivated than ever, I had a picture taken of me in my suit and It's the favorite photo of me I have, the fact I am on exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina also might help a little bit since the massive change of environment doesn't allow me to fall in to my old routines.
I still have a long way to go, looking to lose around 60 pounds more
