30 Day Accountability Challenge- Day 11

The weekend is almost over, which means time for another check in! It has been absolutely dumping snow here for the last 12 hours or more. Probably got about 8-10 inches before it has started to taper off. So it's mostly been a day of being holed up inside playing video games and such. We did get outside for a short walk and I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill so I'm doing ok activity wise. Today it begins, though. The onslaught of holiday eating. We have a family birthday dinner for all the November birthdays (4 of them) this evening, followed by some relatives of my MIL visiting next weekend, and then Thanksgiving is the week after that. Wish me luck because I'm going to have to get pretty creative and do a lot of estimating :D I've saved up 800-900 calories for the party tonight so I should be ok today as long as I can moderate myself. Also wish me patience that I don't snap at any of my in-laws that ask me about how my job search is going (I know they mean well but seriously, I don't want to have to tell them for the 5th time that I still haven't found anything. It's too shameful.)

Weight: 134.7! I actually did it. I hit my goal less than halfway through the month. I'm excited to see how much more progress I might be able to make by Thanksgiving. Now I need to update my flair and figure out what my treat to myself is going to be.

Calories: Yesterday ended at 1453, though the actual number might be a bit higher because I don't know what all went into the lentils that I ate with dinner.

Steps: 18814 yesterday and I didn't even have to pad my step count at the end of the day! Had a lovely walk in the hills with my husband and MIL.

Gratitude: Today being Veteran's Day, I would like to say I am very grateful for the veterans, both past and present, who have served in all the branches of the armed forces. I don't think I could ever fully appreciate or comprehend the sacrifices they make but they all have my utmost respect.

How are all of you doing with your goals today?
