First and foremost, drink some fucking water
Hangovers are just really bad dehydration, so drink a glass or 5, whatever hydrates you back up. You'll feel better when you do.

• Dont punish yourself. You feel like crap, you drank like crap (thanks strawberry daiquiri), you ate like crap, and it's ok.

•Go work out anyways, but keep it light. Even though you feel like you want to die, its about building habits. 10 minutes of walkimg or yoga is better than laying in bed counting your regrets.

•eat some protien NOW I love hangover eggs because they are eazy to make but have a lot of nutrition.

•Take it easy. Your Liver is hating you right now, your mental state is mean, your fatigued. Watch yourself.

•Remember that you will have days like this and youre already beating them. You will have days were you have a headache, no desire to try, want to eat the things...you got this. If you can take care of your body now, you can take care of it for a while~
