Hi guys
First post here. So I'll be honest - for me, losing weight was a breeze. I graduated from college at 225 lbs, starting drinking less/eating better/working out on July 4th and was down 50 lbs before Halloween. I've been sitting at 175ish since then.
It was pretty easy but I also think this was based on circumstances. I was starting a new job and had a lot of energy. It was the summer/early fall so I was able to get in a lot of extra exercise outdoors throughout the day. There were no major holidays so it was easy enough to avoid crappy foods.
Now it's around 35 degrees out everyday. My hours of walking have been replaced by tee rides to avoid the cold. I (mostly) avoided Halloween candy but have already had 2 Friendsgiving Celebrations and we still have Thanksgiving/Christmas coming up. Im exhausted from working; it's getting harder to to maintain my workout and meal prep routines. While I've only gained back a pound, if anything, I feel much more sluggish and I'm starting to worry about how I'll make it through the winter.
Anybody have suggestions on how to handle the winter months without slipping up?
